As a member of AANA, you are automatically members of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Alabama Apartment Association (AAA). As of July 2010, AANA boasts, 14,194 units (67 properties), 8 Management Companies and 59 Associate Members. Our Associate Members are also included in NAA membership. Membership dues are subject to change year to year.

This tried and true NAA Lease software improves accuracy and reduces error with its built-in math calculations, default settings, and data transfer capabilities. This program runs on any property software program. Members in good financial standing with AANA have access to the Blue Moon Lease.
Join in 2010! Dues for the remainder of 2010 will be cut more than half price. That is $211.50 plus .47 per unit for properties, $211.50 for associates and Management Companies.
